Spirit Over the Waters

This series explores the invisible, how Spirit moves, speaks, and reveals itself through what seems ordinary: water, light, motion.

Inspired by Genesis 1:2, where “the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters,” these images are not about the sea itself, but about Presence.

Each photograph captures a moment where something beyond the surface comes alive, where reflections and ripples become a kind of visual language.

I see these waters as a metaphor for the way the Spirit speaks:
subtle but powerful, abstract but precise, always moving; never still.

The images are fragments of a larger, living reality.
Not staged, not edited into perfection. Just observed.

This is not a collection about water.
It’s about the presence that moves over it.
